The second iteration of “A Prison, a Prisoner, and a Prison Guard,” was hosted at Comma Bookstore and focused on drawing parallels between carceral systems in the US and MENA region. It included a curator tour in English. This was followed by a community conversation around the impact of prison on the individual and society, personal experiences, and the role of art in reconciliation.
