The first physical iteration of “A Prison, a Prisoner, and a Prison Guard,” was launched at the Arab American National Museum and focused on bringing together members of the MENA diaspora. It included curator guided tours of the works in Arabic and English. This was followed by a bilingual community conversation around the impact of prisons on the individual and society, personal experiences, and the process of reconciliation.
